Welcome to Korean Patch and our network of websites including koreanpatch.co, roverkorea.com, bando.news, youngno.blog, haedongdaily.com, aegukja.tv, yonggungpo.kr, taeyangdragons.com, and auth.koreanpatch.co (collectively, the “Sites”).
By accessing any of these sites or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview
These websites are operated by Korean Patch. Throughout our sites, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Korean Patch. We offer these sites, including all information, tools, and services available to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.
Our sites operate as an integrated network with shared authentication and content access systems.
2. Digital Product Policy
All products, including but not limited to courses, digital downloads, vocabulary packs, and subscriptions, are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.
Once payment is confirmed, access to digital content will be granted either immediately or via email instructions. Content purchased on koreanpatch.co may be accessible across our entire network of sites through our single sign-on system.
3. Cross-Domain Account and Content Access
Single Sign-On (SSO) System: We operate a unified authentication system across all our sites through auth.koreanpatch.co. When you create an account or log in on any of our sites, you gain access to our entire network.
Cross-Site Content Access: Purchases, subscriptions, and course enrollments made on koreanpatch.co automatically grant you access to related content across our network of auxiliary sites (roverkorea.com, bando.news, youngno.blog, haedongdaily.com, aegukja.tv, yonggungpo.kr, and taeyangdragons.com).
Unified Account Management: Your account information, preferences, and access rights are synchronized across all our sites.
4. Digital Products, Access Rights, and Our Refund Policy
How Digital Products Work
All our products and services – courses, downloads, vocabulary packs, email subscriptions, and memberships – are delivered digitally. Nothing ships to your door! You’ll get access immediately or via email once your payment goes through.
Understanding Your Access Rights
When you purchase from Korean Patch, you’re getting access rights to use our content for your personal learning. You’re not buying the content itself (we keep ownership of everything we create), but you are getting a license to access and learn from it.
Think of it like streaming a movie or joining a gym – you get to enjoy the experience, but you don’t own the movie studio or the gym equipment.
What your license allows:
- Access and view content on our authorized platforms
- Download materials when we’ve made them available for download
- Use everything for your own personal learning
What’s not included:
- Sharing your account or forwarding content to friends
- Using our materials for business or commercial purposes
- Reselling or redistributing anything you purchase
- Creating your own products based on our content
We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms aren’t followed, but honestly, we’d much rather work with you if there’s ever an issue.
Our Refund Policy
Here’s the deal: all sales are final. Once you have access to digital content, it’s yours to learn from, and we can’t take back what you’ve already seen or downloaded.
The One Exception: Real Technical Problems
If you’re genuinely unable to access what you purchased due to a technical issue on our end, we’ll absolutely make it right. Contact us at support@koreanpatch.co within 7 days, give us up to 5 business days to troubleshoot, and if we can’t fix it, we’ll process a refund.
This exception is for actual access problems – not for “this wasn’t what I expected” or “I didn’t have time to finish” situations. We want to help with tech issues, not buyer’s remorse.
Your Agreement
By making a purchase, you’re confirming that you:
- Understand and accept our no-refund policy
- Know you’re getting access rights, not ownership
- Won’t dispute legitimate charges after accessing content
- Will reach out to support if you have any technical issues
A Quick Note on Payment Disputes
We get it – sometimes mistakes happen. But if you dispute a legitimate charge after you’ve already accessed the content, that creates real problems for a small business like ours. If there’s an issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@koreanpatch.co so we can work it out together.
5. Intellectual Property
All content across our network of sites, including text, graphics, video, and audio, is the intellectual property of Korean Patch. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content without express written permission.
6. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password across all our sites. Sharing account credentials or paid content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access to our entire network.
SSO Security: Your single sign-on credentials provide access to multiple sites. You must:
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
- Log out completely when using shared or public computers
We reserve the right to revoke access across all sites if unauthorized sharing is detected or terms are violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of using our content across any of our sites. Learning results vary. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of any of our sites or their content.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use any of our sites or their content:
- For unlawful purposes
- To violate intellectual property rights
- To transmit viruses or malicious code
- To collect or track personal data of others
- To interfere with any site’s functionality or security
- To attempt to bypass our SSO system or gain unauthorized access
- To share paid content across unauthorized accounts or platforms

We use third-party platforms to operate our sites including but not limited to:
- Stripe (payment processing)

While we choose GDPR and PIPA-compliant services, we are not responsible for the policies or actions of these platforms. Please refer to their individual terms and privacy notices.
10. Educational Use Disclaimer
All content across our network of sites is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide academic certification, legal advice, medical guidance, or immigration services.
11. Content Access and Availability
- Content availability may vary across different sites in our network
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content from any site
- Access to specific content may depend on your subscription level or course purchases
- We may temporarily restrict access to sites for maintenance or updates
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Busan, South Korea.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on all our sites. Changes apply simultaneously across our entire network. Continued use of any of our sites implies acceptance of any updates.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to any or all sites in our network at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
