Our Digital Products Policy

Thanks for choosing Korean Patch! We want to be upfront about our refund policy so there are no surprises.

All sales of our digital products and services are final. This includes:

  • Online courses and course materials
  • Email subscription services
  • Digital downloads and vocabulary packs
  • Membership subscriptions
  • All other digital content and services

Why Digital Products Are Different

Here’s the thing about digital products: the moment you get access, you can view, download, and learn from the content. Unlike a physical item you can return to a store, digital content can’t be “un-learned” or “given back” once you’ve accessed it.

We put a ton of work into creating quality content, and we trust that you’re making a thoughtful decision when you purchase. That’s why all sales are final.

What You’re Actually Getting

When you purchase from Korean Patch, you’re getting a license to access and use our content for your personal learning journey. Think of it like a movie ticket or gym membership – you’re paying for access and the experience, not ownership of the theater or gym itself.

This means:

  • ✅ You can access, view, and learn from the content
  • ✅ You can download materials when available for your personal use
  • ✅ You can revisit content as many times as you’d like (based on your purchase type)
  • ❌ You can’t share your login or content with others
  • ❌ You can’t resell or redistribute our materials
  • ❌ You can’t use the content for commercial purposes

We’ve Got Your Back for Tech Issues

While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or if the content isn’t what you expected, we absolutely will help if something’s genuinely broken on our end.

If you’re having technical trouble accessing your purchase:

  1. Reach out to us at support@koreanpatch.co within 7 days of your purchase
  2. Let us know what technical issue you’re experiencing
  3. Give us a chance to fix it (usually takes us up to 5 business days)
  4. If we truly can’t get it working for you, we’ll issue a refund

Please note: This tech support policy is specifically for access issues – things like login problems, videos that won’t load, or downloads that don’t work. It doesn’t cover things like:

  • Deciding the course isn’t for you after checking it out
  • Finding the content harder or easier than expected
  • Running out of time or motivation to complete
  • “It didn’t help me learn” (learning takes effort on your part too!)
  • Non-standard device compatibility issues (make sure to check system requirements before purchasing)
